Underaged Piercing Requirements!
1. The Minor must be with parent or legal guardian!
2. Minor must have school I.D or some kind of legal I.D with name and picture on it!
3. Minor must have their Birth Certificate with legal Guardians name on it, if not a Power of Attorney Letter explaining that they are the legal guardian of the minor!
4. The Legal Guardian must bring their I.D with them!
5. The legal guardian must be in the room while the procedure is being done!
6. There will be a 2 page form that must be signed by the legal guardian allowing us to do the procedure!
After that we are ready to rock!

PIERCING AFTERCARE
AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS
Piercings should be cleaned at least, 6 to 8 times a day for 8 - 12 weeks, with an Anti-Bacterial Solution using only a q tip! PLEASE DO NOT USE ALCOHOL or HYDROGEN PEROXIDE! 'If the piercing quits hurting after a first few days, it doesn't mean that it is healed. It just means that its just not hurting anymore. Keep on cleaning the area till the 8- 12 weeks is up. Then clean your piercing once a day for good hygiene! When you get a piercing here at the studio, you will receive a aftercare sheet explaining step by step instructions on how, to take care of your new piercing! We sell the absolute best aftercare solution here at the studio for a very affordable price!
